Punctuality Rule
Our schedule runs on strict, tight turnarounds. If you are 5 minutes or more late for your slot, your appointment will be cancelled, you will lose your slot, and the booking is strictly non-refundable. Please plan your journey to arrive a few minutes early.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot are non-refundable.
